Our STEM clubs give students an opportunity to explore their interests, develop problem-solving and teamwork skills, and participate in competitive STEM activities.

This year, we are offering the following clubs:


LEGO League
📅 Tuesdays, 4:15–5:15 PM
📅 First meeting: September 22 @ HWES


Science Olympiad
📅 Tuesdays, 4:45–5:45 PM
📅 First meeting: September 29 @ HWES


Odyssey of the Mind
📅 Monday or Tuesday
⏰ Time to be determined by the coach and team


MathCounts
📅 Schedule to be determined


Registration & Fees

Students will have the opportunity to attend the first two meetings before registration fees are collected. Club/team fees will range from approximately $50–$150, depending on the club and team.


After the second meeting, families will receive information about completing registration and paying the applicable fee.

Please complete this form to indicate your student's interest. Submitting the interest form does not guarantee placement on a team. Additional information about team formation, schedules, and next steps will be provided as details are finalized.

Registration Steps

Registration is based on each student (login required). To get started, follow the steps below: 

  1. Visit the Hunters Woods PTA home page.
  2. Click LOGIN at the top of the page.
  3. Log in using your Membership Toolkit username and password. If you do not have a Membership Toolkit account, click CREATE ACCOUNT.
    • Creating your account will prompt you to enter your family information, including your children's names, grades, and teachers.
  4. Once logged in, go to My Account in the navigation and select My Forms/Paperwork.
  5. Scroll down to Information Forms, and you'll see a form to complete for your child(ren). Please complete a separate form for each child you are registering.
