PLAYERS AND CHEER SQUAD

It's that time of year! The Annual 6th Grade Basketball Challenge! If you would like to play on a team or be on the Cheer Squad, this form is for you!

The game will be held on Friday, May 8 at 7pm at South Lakes High School.

Please register by Friday, March 20.

Teams will be assigned and announced as soon as possible and practices will start after spring break.

We have the gym reserved Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week leading up to the game. Practice days will be decided once availability is determined and at the discretion of the coaches.

You understand that participation in this activity is strictly voluntary and not required and that participation will expose you to the risk of injury, for which FCPS and Hunters Woods PTA are not liable.
