Volunteering at Hunters Woods

Log Your Volunteer Hours

Three for Me
A Little Means a Lot!

It's simple! Our goal is to have you pledge and contribute 3 hours of your time over the course of the school year.

Make your pledge online today!

Studies show that involved parents are a key factor in children's success in schools. Our goal is to provide a forum for each parent to participate in making Hunters Woods an extraordinary experience for their child and their family. Three for Me is a PTA program designed to effectively involve parents and families in support of children and their education. We are asking you to dedicate three hours of your time to the school. This can be done in the home, at school, or in the community. For further information, please contact threeforme@hwpta.org.

Immediate need for volunteers is sent out weekly in the PTA E-newsletter. If you are not getting the E-news,you can sign up online or email us at enews@hwpta.org. You may also check the Volunteer Needs page here.

The PTA Programs and Activities are driven by our volunteers. Any level of support you can offer from home or in school is welcomed and encouraged. If you would like to volunteer, simply click on the name of a committee chair and you will be directed to their pta email. You can also contact Jeri Thomas (VP4@hwpta.org) to learn more about any of the committees. The PTA offers work plans and sample flyers and support from past chair members and experienced parent volunteers to make your volunteer experience easy and successful. Click around the website and discover where your talents and interests can support your children and the school. Many volunteer services can be accomplished after school hours as well as during the school day.
