PTA Mustang Pride & PTA Membersip
In response to parent input, the PTA invites you to show
your Mustang Pride! Make a donation to PTA Mustang Pride,
and you support our students and school without having to
sell products to your neighbors and family. A Member of the
PTA Mustang Pride, gets $59 value:
• PTA Membership in school, county, state and National PTA
for up to
two adults per household ($14 value)
• HWES School Events Calendar ($5 value)
• HWES Student Directory ($5 value)
• HWES Mustang Pride Car Magnet ($5 value)
• Family Admission to PTA Winter Dance and Bingo Night ($30
value)
Suggested Minimum Donations
(Note: Everything over $59 is a Tax Deductible Donation
to the Hunters Woods Elementary School PTA):

The PTA at HWES is pleased to continue offering mini-grants. This simple process is designed to encourage teachers to request funds that will enhance student enrichment.

Tuesday Folder Procedure
The Fast Way:
The Slightly Slower Way:
- Make your flyer. See "Tips For Making Your Flyer".
- Print out form.
- Fill it out with your information.
- Attach the form to your flyer and place in the PTA box in the school office.
- Email tuesdayfolder@hwpta.org to let us know your flyer is there, with a cc to HWES Principal Olivia Toatley at
Olivia.Toatley@fcps.edu.
- The Tuesday Folder chair will send a confirmation e-mail to the person posting the flyer and will send a copy of the approved flyer to the Paperless Tuesday Folder chair at paperless@hwpta.org.
"Tips For Making Your Flyer":
- Margins should be at least 1/2 inch all around
- .doc or .pdf files only please
- Space needs to be available somewhere on the flyer for a PTA logo. Download PTA logo to add to your flyer.
- Please consider that a single sided flyer takes about 30 minutes to copy and a double sided flyers twice that.
- If you know your flyer will be time consuming, please offer to come in to help make it.
Please note that materials must be submitted by Thursday in order to be included in the next week's Tuesday folders.
